This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Thought Digest Media Group (“we”, “our”, “us”).
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on:
- Preorder items
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Limited edition releases
- Digital products or downloads
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
2. Eligible Returns (Faulty or Damaged Items)
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Is defective or faulty
- Is significantly different from the description
To lodge a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will assess the claim and offer a suitable resolution.
3. Preorder & Made-to-Order Items
Preorder items are produced after purchase and are not held in stock.
As such:
- Preorder items are non-refundable once production has begun
- Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided at checkout and in our shipping policy
- Delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return your eligible item (if approved) and place a new order.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may take 2–8 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs
- If a return is approved for any other reason (where applicable), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or files
- Preorder items (once production has started)
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure.
